The definition of water memory minted from 1988, when a very interesting article written by the French immunologist, researcher in Inserm, Jacques Benveniste, entitled ” the action of very high dilutions of anti-IgE antibody on the degranulation of human basophils”, was published on Nature. The definition has remained in the annals on behalf of a synthesis journalistic never used by Benveniste. This work led to a huge echo throughout the scientific world: the water could retain traces after it was subjected to the procedure of the classic homeopathic “succussion”. This method, repeated for hundreds or thousands of times, create a new “land” aqueous liquid. In the following years various scientific publications have followed a number of possible ways to experimentally validate the reality of a whole class of new chemical and physical phenomena related to liquid water. In addition, it’s really possible to get the information that depend on the chemical and physical properties “experienced” recent or remote aqueous solution.
It has become the unquestionable ability of the water, after being influenced by mechanical forces or electromagnetic in nature (important is the work done by Professor Luc Montagnier, Nobel Prize for Medicine 2008), to move away from its initial state of equilibrium and move to another state, returning to one of the paradigms absolutely accredited by the scientific community, such as that of Thermodynamics of Irreversible Processes, due to the Nobel Prize (1977) in Chemistry, Ilya Prigogine .
The working group of Prof.Vittorio Elia (Department of Chemical Sciences, University of Naples Federico II ), in recent years, even in the company of the late Prof. Emilio Del Giudice, has addressed this issue by studying both chemical and physical water properties.
In this studies, the “new water ” appears to be different from the previous state : the experimental methods more profitable for the validation of these studies (FT-IR spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, fluorescence microscopy (FM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)) allowed to determine nanostructures visible and organized in well-defined systems. These studies offer the possibility to cross a new threshold of physics and chemistry, demoting the old principles of thermodynamics. We must overcome the Newtonian laws and to enter a full merit in that theory more fundamentally true and valid at all scales, from the infinitely small to the whole Universe: Quantum Theory of Fields. This allows us to understand more fully the complexity of living and its eternal variations, typical of a fractal structure such as water, suitable to be analyzed in a complete manner.
