Scientists at the Harvard School of Public Health have analyzed the diet of nearly 3000 women who developed breast cancer. It was found that an excessive passion for red meat in youth may be a risk factor for this kind of cancer. The research data come from a U.S. study that monitored the health of 89,000 women between the age of 24 to 43. It is suggested to prefer the vegetable protein of legumes or white meat and fish; foods that can reduce the risk of cancer.
