Sperm has been used empirically since ancient times in the preparation of cosmetics and to treat many illnesses.

Research has demonstrated that the fundemental cause of  the aging of cells and tissues is the result of a decrease in the control of spermine and spermidine polyamines.

The administration of exogenous spermidine promotes longevity in yeasts, flies, worms and cultivated human cells and slows down the aging and rigidity of arteries, improving autophagy, reducing the stress of oxidation and modifying structural factors.

Frank Madeo e Tobias Eisenberg of the Karl Franzens University of Graz, Austria, claim that the spermidine contained in sperm may prolong life and be used to fight Alzheimer’s disease.

“We may have found the Holy Grail in the research to fight aging”, announces Eisenberg, who adds that their study involved 29 colleagues from six different countries.

He explained how the cellular damage resulting from aging was reduced in the mice treated with spermidine, and added that the substance had even increased the capacity of cells to eliminate damaged proteins.

The difficulty is stabilizing active spermidine.  As of now there aren’t many integrators that contain it, the most important of which is the result of the research of Giuliani:  N-(3-aminopropolis )- tetrametilendiammine tricloridrate.
